Returns:  Should an item need to be returned, you must first contact us with an explanation and obtain an Return Authorization number.  Returns are determined by a case by case situation and are at the discretion of Management.   Returns will not be accepted for items that have been used/installed, modified/missing parts and/or wired up.  Return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the buyer.   Because of our Free Shipping Policy, any returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.  Returns will only be considered within 30 days of purchase.   Contact us at sales@ffdynamics.com

ALL BUYERS WHO PURCHASE FROM OUR AUTHORIZED DEALERS MUST FILL OUT THE WARRANTY CARD THAT COMES WITH EVERY FFD PRODUCT.  CARDS MUST BE POST MARKED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE.

WARRANTY MUST BE EITHER MAILED IN OR FILLED OUT VIA EMAIL ONLINE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASING.  IF YOU FAIL TO DO THIS WITHIN 30 DAYS, WARRANTY WILL BE VOID.  NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE!  

ALL PHYSICALLY MAILED CARDS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED WITH A PROOF OF PURCHASE.  IF YOU MAIL IN YOUR CARD BUT FAIL TO PROVIDE PROOF OF PURCHASE, WE WILL ATTEMPT TO CONTACT YOU ONE TIME AND ONE TIME ONLY VIA EMAIL.  IF WE RECEIVE NO REPLY WITHIN 10 DAYS YOUR CARD WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND YOUR WARRANTY WILL BE VOID.  

**BUYERS WHO PURCHASE DIRECTLY FROM US THROUGH OUR WEBSITE AFTER DECEMBER 1, 2018, AQUANAM.COM (via FFD Checkout), DO NOT NEED TO SEND IN THE WARRANTY CARD, AS YOU WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE REGISTERED INTO OUR WARRANTY SYSTEM.  YOUR ORDER NUMBER WILL BE NEEDED IF YOU HAVE WARRANTY ISSUES IN THE FUTURE, SO KEEP THAT NUMBER.**

FAILURE TO SUBMIT WARRANTY INFOMATION/CARDS WILL VOID WARRANTY.

ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR CARD, YOU WILL BE CONTACTED VIA EMAIL WITH YOUR CONFIRMATION W#.  EVERYONE WHO SENDS IN A CARD TO US RECEIVES THIS NUMBER.  IF YOU SENT IN YOUR CARD AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED THIS NUMBER, IT IS UP TO YOU TO CONTACT US WITHIN 7 DAYS (AFTER YOU SENT IN THE CARD) TO CONFIRM RECEIPT OF YOUR WARRANTY CARD AND WARRANTY NUMBER.  DO NOT WAIT TO CONTACT US UNTIL YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH ONE OF OUR ITEMS, STATING THAT YOU "NEVER RECEIVED A NUMBER, BUT I SENT IN THE CARD"  THIS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSES FOR NOT HAVING A WARRANTY NUMBER WILL BE ACCEPTED.  IT IS UP TO OUR BUYERS TO TAKE 2 MINUTES OUT OF THEIR DAY WHEN THEY RECEIVE OUR PRODUCT TO FILL OUT THE WARRANTY CARD AND SEND IT IN & TO FOLLOW UP WITH US IF THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE NUMBER WITHIN 10 DAYS OF SENDING THE CARD IN.

FAILURE TO CONFIRM W# WHEN YOU FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM WILL VOID WARRANTY.

ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED PRIOR TO REPLACEMENT BEING SENT OUT* (THERE MAY BE SOME INSTANCES WHERE A PICTURE IS ALL THAT IS NEEDED FOR WARRANTY CLAIM, OTHER INSTANCES WE MAY NEED THE ACTUAL PART RETURNED SO WE CAN REPAIR AND ASSESS WHAT CAUSED THE ISSUE).  ALL ITEMS RETURNED WILL BE FULLY EXAMINED AND REPLACED OR REPAIRED IF FOUND TO BE FAULTY.  RETURNS ARE FOR EXCHANGE ONLY.  THERE WILL BE NO CASH REFUNDS ON ANY TYPE OF RETURN.  BUYERS ARE TO PAY FOR ALL SHIPPING CHARGES*(see below).  IF ITEMS ARE FOUND TO BE IN WORKING ORDER AND NOT FAULTY, BUYERS WILL ALSO NEED TO PAY A TECH CHARGE PRIOR TO THE ITEM BEING RETURNED, SO TEST YOUR ITEMS BEFORE YOU SHIP THEM IN TO BE SURE THEY ARE 

FAULTY AND IT IS NOT AN INSTALLATION PROBLEM.  

RETURN S&H&P CHARGES ARE AS FOLLOWS TO SIMPLIFY THE PROCESS.  THESE SHIPPING RATES WILL COVER ALL 50 STATES.

WE HAVE THIS WARRANTY POLICY BECAUSE WE SELL NEW WITH WARRANTY AND THEN WE SELL REFURBISHED AND USED PRODUCTS THAT DO NOT HAVE A WARRANTY.  AND CERTAIN LAND BASED DEALERS HAVE DIFFERENT WARRANTIES.  SO THIS IS THE ONLY WAY WE HAVE TO KNOW WHAT YOU PURCHASED AND WHAT YOUR WARRANTY IS IF YOU HAVE ONE.  THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING.

IF YOU FAILED TO COMPLY WITH OUR WARRANTY POLICY AND/OR CANNOT PROVIDE A W#, WE WILL STILL HELP YOU OUT AS BEST WE CAN ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS.  HOWEVER, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY FOR ALL SHIPPING CHARGES.  THAT INCLUDES SHIPPING THE ITEM TO US AND YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR THE REPAIRED OR REPLACED PRODUCT TO BE SHIPPED BACK TO YOU.  YOU MAY ALSO BE SUBJECT TO A SMALL SERVICE CHARGE.

All products, equipment and parts sold by FF Dynamics LLC, either directly to its customers, or indirectly from its suppliers or distributors to their customers, are warranted, to the original end-user purchaser who receives the original, unaltered product, to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for; 2 years for radiators, 1 year for control units, 1 year for LSD units and 1 year for evacuation fans; from the date of sale to the purchaser, when installed properly and used normally and in accordance with written operation instructions. No other express or implied warranty is given, and no affirmation of FF Dynamics LLC, by words or action, will constitute a warranty.

This limited warranty is conditioned upon proper use of the product by purchaser and applies only to products manufactured by or for FF Dynamics LLC that can be identified by the FF Dynamics LLC trademark, trade name, or logo affixed to them. This limited warranty does not apply to or cover: (a) defects or damage caused by or resulting from external causes including, but not limited to, accident, carrier handling, improper packaging in shipment; abuse, misuse, neglect, unusual physical stress, cosmetic damage, flood, fire, earthquake or other natural disasters; (b) normal wear and tear; (c) any modification of any part of the product; (d) damage caused by using the product outside the permitted or intended uses described by FF Dynamcis LLC or the written instructions; (e) malfunctions resulting from the use of the product in conjunction with accessories, products or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by FF Dynamcis LLC; (f) defects or damage caused by improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation or adjustment; or (g) defects or damage caused by installation and/or service performed by anyone who is not authorized by FF Dynamics LLC.

Each purchaser agrees and acknowledges that the use, installation and/or operation of the products shall be at purchaser’s own risk and may result in severe injury, death and/or damage to persons or real and/or personal property.

No FF Dynamics LLC supplier, distributor, officer, agent or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, change or amendment to this limited warranty without the express prior written consent and authorization by FF Dynamics LLC.

FF Dynamics LLC reserves the right to make improvements or changes to its products at any time, without incurring any obligation to purchasers, suppliers, distributors or customers who previously purchased products directly or indirectly from FF Dynamics LLC.

Except as set forth in the express warranty contained herein, purchaser takes the product "as is". 

There are no express or implied warranties or conditions beyond those stated in this limited warranty statement. FF Dynamics LLC disclaims all other warranties and conditions, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the warranty of merchantability of the products and their fitness for any particular purpose.

Nothing contained in any written instructions or written instruction or operation manual or catalog shall be construed to create a warranty of any kind whatsoever with respect to the product.

In addition, to the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, FF Dynamics LLC shall not be liable for any injury or damage to persons or property of any kind, or from any loss of time, inconvenience, or loss of use, including any consequential, incidental or special damages arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the use, installation and/or performance of the product or products, whether suffered by supplier, distributor, customer, purchaser or any other party, and regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based, even if FF Dynamics LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Without otherwise limiting the foregoing, in no event shall recovery of any kind against FF Dynamics LLC be greater in amount than the purchase price of the product. This warranty gives you limited specific legal rights.

Warranty Terms

This limited warranty represents the complete and exclusive agreement covering this subject matter between FF Dynamics LLC and purchaser and supersedes any prior agreements and/or communications regarding the subject matter hereof. The terms of this limited warranty shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of PA, without regard to any conflict of law principle that would result in the laws of any other jurisdiction governing this limited warranty. Any action or proceeding arising out of this limited warranty shall be litigated in the PA Superior Court located in Harrisburg, PA. Each purchaser purchasing any product from FF Dynamics LLC, directly or indirectly, shall be deemed to consent and submit to the jurisdiction of the state court located in Harrisburg, PA. If any term or provision contained in this limited warranty is determined to be unenforceable in any respect, the enforceability of the term or provision in any other respect and of the remaining terms and provisions of this limited warranty shall not be impaired. This limited warranty shall not extend to anyone other than the original purchaser of the product(s) and shall be purchaser’s exclusive remedy. Each purchaser acknowledges that this limited warranty will always be construed to be limited by its terms to the greatest extent as the law permits.
